Delete steps for FPM resources in VPS groups using the new GUI ?

Android smart phone was used for the following:

(1) Email
~ both mailboxes and email addresses
~ GUI easy to use and OK
~ small risk to cause any fatal damage
~ OK, done to already expired domains

(2) Domains & Sites
(a) domain deleted first ?
(b) site deleted next ?
(c) will something else get deleted automatically ?

VPS user
~ I don't want to delete any VPS user
(a) why the GUI bin symbol is for each VPS ?
~ how to select an individual fpm app ?
(b) why the GUI bin symbol is not for each fpm app ?
~ how to select an app ?
(c) why the GUI bin symbol is not for each app ?
(d) should I delete first a fpm app
and then the corresponding app ?
(e) what resources - if any - does the server
automatically delete ?
ex1: if I delete an fpm app
does it automatilly delete its app ?
ex 2: if I delete a domain, does it
automatically delete its certificate ?

(4) None
(a) if I let a domain expire everything expect
the web site will work normally ?
for example its fpm process will work
and I can update its app with Filezilla
(b) how about email servers ?

(5) If I choose (4) then I will have an option
to select which websites (and corresponding
resources) will be migrated to the new OS ?

Is the following concluded ok ?

Steps (1)-(3) involve risks to delete
something by mistake !

Because step (4) is taken automatically by the
corresponding name server such as
namecheap server therefore
if I let the domain to expire
then I will even have an option
to renew the domain and the web site
will work ok because no resources were deleted

Will automatic backup scripts for fpm app and
app resources still work
(a) if I will decide to delete resources of
the expired namecheap domains ?
(b) obviously scripts will continue working
if only the namecheap domain expires ?
(c) obvioisly I need to update server scripts
to handle only the resources migrated

(d) better to delete asap all server resources
once a domain expires in the namecheap
server instead of delaying deletions ?

To delete a site, you should delete the site record first. Nothing is deleted automatically when deleting a site.

The bin icon appears for every item that can be deleted, including shell users. If you don't want to delete a shell user, then don't click its bin icon.

Each application listed in the lower half of https://my.opalstack.com/apps/ should have its own bin icon.

If you're trying to delete one of your custom Nginx/PHP-FPM stacks and the related PHP app directory:

Stop the Nginx server with its stop command.
Delete the related PHP app.
Delet the Nginx/PHP-FPM stack app.

If you delete a shell user then the apps owned by that shell user will also be deleted. This is the only scenario in our system when deleting an object will delete related objects.

If you let a domain expire then its website and email will no longer work because the domain will no longer have DNS records.

Your scripts on the server will continue to work when your domains expire, unless the script relies the domain to be working (for example if the script makes a request to your site then that would no longer work).
