We've just rolled out support for PHP 8.2 across the platform. This means that you can now create new PHP apps with PHP 8.2 as the version.
If you have existing PHP apps and want to use PHP 8.2 with them then you can can edit the app at https://my.opalstack.com/apps/ to change the version.
To run PHP 8.2 at the command line you muse use php82
instead of php
in your command. For example, to run composer with PHP 8.2:
php82 ~/bin/composer some_command_here
