I see that I'm rapidly nearing my allotted space on Opalstack. I noticed that my personal email box i using the lion's share of space so last night I deleted thousands of junk emails and verified through webmail that they were permanently deleted from the Trash can. Today, though, my allotment is unchanged.
Am I missing a step in the process of clearing out space? Is there a more efficient way to find and delete what's no longer necessary?
Appreciate any guidance.
