romeomanzur Phalcon is not enabled in our managed PHP setup.
If you are on VPS hosting then please contact support and we'll enable Phalcon for you.
If you are on shared hosting, then we cannot enable it - instead you'll need to build a custom PHP stack with the features that you need.
