ayoub Hey guys ! I'm the owner of my website and I created a shell user and wanted to do an upgrade of the OS, but I can't do it cuz "I'm not a sudo user", any idea how to fix this in opalstack?
sean ayoub Opalstack is a managed hosting provider - this means that we manage the servers and customers do not get root/sudo access. More information is available in our user guide: Why don't I have root/sudo access? We hope to begin rolling out new servers with a newer OS in 2023.
